Who's It For?
The 2024 Ford Escape is perfect for young families. It offers seating for up to five with excellent cargo capacity. While it doesn’t seem to focus on off-road capability, the Escape is still available with all-wheel drive for those who often encounter mud, ice, or dirt roads. The Escape is the smallest SUV in the 2024 Ford lineup. Though it is the smallest crossover, it offers plenty of options and versatility for a wide range of buyers. Ford offers the Escape with four powertrain options—a 1.5-liter EcoBoost® engine; a 2.0-liter EcoBoost® engine, 2.5-liter Mild-Hybrid, and a 2.5-liter Plug-In Hybrid. While the Escape comes with front-wheel drive standard, buyers can opt for all-wheel drive on all trims except the plug-in hybrid. The all-wheel drive system features AWD Disconnect, which only sends power to the rear wheels when needed, maximizing efficiency.

Choose between Eco, Sport, Slippery, and Normal to adjust things like shift points, throttle response, steering, fuel efficiency, and traction to make the most of your Escape.
